Truly an Off-Market Property
Off Market Leads are the most sought after leads. They have the potential of best profit because of less competition and therefore investors are always after them. And when we are talking about the off market leads we are talking about a Non-MLS property which is neither on Zillow, Fizber or FSBO or any other website like that.
To be frank, when a property is on a website like Zillow or Fizber, the competition for it increases manifolds as hundreds of investors are after it and as a result it is very difficult to get that property at a discounted price. Therefore a listing by a homeowner on any of the FSBO websites is not an off market property in our books.
So when we speak of an off-market property, we are speaking about such a hidden gem of a house which is not available anywhere, no one knows about it, and the owner is willing to sell it for 70% to 80% of ARV. That is a true off-market property.
This is the type of the property we try to find and sell to our clients. And you have to understand that since we are selling it for only $25, we have to sell it to several people to cover our costs and make a little money on top of that. The benefit of buying an off market lead from us is that you will be competing against at the most with a dozen individuals rather than several hundreds, when you try to go after FSBO properties on Zillow etc.
You also have the option to buy an off-market lead from us for $300 exclusively only for you. Then there will probably be no competition for you in acquiring that property.
And we are men of integrity and know the value of honesty in a business transaction. We are always looking for repeat customers, so we will never try to take advantage of you.
If we sell a lead to you for $300, we will not sell it to anyone else and if we have already sold a lead to someone for $25 and you offer to buy the same lead exclusively for $300, then we will politely decline that offer.
