A motivated sellers list is one of the most important tools to get off market leads. It has been our experience that if we have got a good list then we can easily get one good lead for every two hundred homeowners we contact but if by some bad luck we are stuck with a bad list then there can be no lead even for five hundred homeowners. Then we know that it is time to switch our current list with a better one. 

We prepare our lists by going through the county records like all the major list players. It is a lengthy and a hectic process. So we will not bore you with it. Then we chose a list to generate off market leads for ourselves which we can sell later. In fact we are able to generate so many lists on a monthly basis that it is not possible for us to skiptrace and call on all these lists. So we sell off these lists.

Now you can probably get the same lists from the websites like Rebogateway and Propstream etc but their prices are high when compared to us because we are giving you skip-traced lists with phone numbers, email addresses etc while most of these other websites will just give you a homeowner’s name and a property address. So you will have to get them skip-traced later.

Plus you will not have to waste time in generating and organizing lists if you decide to buy lists from us. Our lists also come with at least two to three motivations for the sellers to sell. Below is a catalogue of types of lists which you can purchase from us.

We can provide you the list for all the counties in the USA and we are charging $200 for 1000 skip-traced properties. The price of the list will be adjusted according to the number of the properties on the list so if there are only 100 properties on the list then you will be charged only $20 and if there are more than 1000 properties on the list then you will be charged accordingly.
